Book an Igloo Experience!  

The important details:

• There is a non-refundable $15 online booking fee.

• There is a $200 minimum food and beverage purchase required at time of service.

• Gratuity is not included in food and beverage minimum.​

• 6 guest maximum; parties over 6 guests will be denied entry.

• There is a strict 2-hour time limit; we will use up to 15 minutes of your 2-hour reservation to prepare the igloo for service.

• All children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before reservation time.

  • No show or failure to cancel without 48-hours notice will result in a $200 fee.

• We reserve the right to cancel your reservation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• This reservation is for the outdoor igloos only, and it cannot be transferred to indoor seating.

• Multiple bookings made to hold extra spaces will not be accepted and will result in overall cancellation.
